Contacting Entry Trail

The walkthrough and accessibility links open your email application. You choose whether to send a message. A message you send includes your email address, its contents, and anything you attach, and is used to respond to your request.

Please keep walkthrough enquiries to business contact information. Do not send client documents or confidential customs information through this website contact channel.

The published contact address is configured as an iCloud Mail custom-domain address. The website does not receive email submissions directly.

The rule for ordinary walkthrough and accessibility enquiries is to move them to iCloud Mail Trash by 12 months after the last exchange. A monthly review is scheduled to identify eligible conversations across received, sent, and archived mail. Correspondence tied to an active pilot or a specific legal preservation need is reviewed separately. iCloud Mail normally keeps deleted messages in Trash for 30 more days before permanently erasing them. The reminder does not move messages automatically.

Enquiry correspondence is used to answer the request and, if you ask, discuss a walkthrough or pilot. This website does not collect enquiries in a web form.

Website delivery

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare may process request information such as an IP address, requested URL, time, browser details, and security signals. The domain has Bot Fight Mode and Browser Integrity Check enabled. Cloudflare's built-in traffic and security analytics are separate from the optional website analytics described below. Cloudflare may set security cookies when it challenges a visitor.

Logpush is not subscribed for this domain. That does not mean Cloudflare keeps no operational data: Cloudflare's own retention practices are described in its privacy policy.

Cookie Settings

Optional analytics are currently disabled. This version does not load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or a consent-platform script. It does not write analytics cookies or save an analytics choice. There are no optional analytics cookies to control.

The site's motion follows your device's reduced-motion preference. Fonts are served with the website.

Planned analytics

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Cookiebot accounts have been prepared, but their website integration is not active. Google Analytics would measure use of the website, with Cookiebot providing a consent choice. This notice will be updated before optional analytics is enabled.

The intended setup asks permission before loading Google tags and offers a way to decline or change that choice through Cookie Settings. Advertising and remarketing are outside the approved scope. The published notice must identify the configured providers, data collected, choice retention, analytics retention, and withdrawal behavior before analytics is enabled.

You may ask what enquiry correspondence is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Before disclosing or changing a message, I may verify that you control the address involved. I will review the request under the law that applies and explain any active-pilot or specific preservation reason that limits deletion. Where the law gives you a right to complain to a privacy regulator, you may contact that regulator directly.

The providers in scope are Apple, which operates iCloud Mail for the contact address, and Cloudflare, selected to deliver and protect the website.
